At Goldish Jewelry, every piece is specially made to order and carefully crafted according to the customer's selected design, size, gold color, stones, and customization details

:Because our jewelry is customized and made specifically for each customer, the following policy applies

. Once your order has been approved and submitted to our design/production team, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded

 Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all order details, including names, letters, spelling, sizes, gold color, gemstones, and design specifications before approval

. Not all of our products require production time. Some ready-to-ship items may be dispatched as soon as one business day after the order is placed However, customized and made-to-order pieces generally require approximately 4 business days to 2-3 weeks for production, depending on the design and level of customization shipping and delivery time are not included in this timeframe

. Slight variations may occur in handmade jewelry due to the nature of craftsmanship. These small differences are not considered defects

 If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order specifications, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Our team will review the case and provide the appropriate solution

.Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear, or accidental damage after delivery are not eligible for a refund
